PR Awards 2026 Bronze, Best PR Campaign (Fashion and Apparel)

PR Agency for Fashion and Retail Brands in Singapore

Fashion and retail move faster than almost any other category we work in. A collection drops, a pop-up opens, a collaboration lands, and the window to make it matter is measured in days. WhiteLabel PR builds the coverage, the talent programme, and the launch moment that turn a drop into a story people actually repeat.

What we do for fashion and retail brands

Most agencies treat fashion PR as a list of magazine names. We treat it as three jobs that have to work together, because coverage without footfall is just a nice clipping.

Earned media. Seasonal collection stories, designer and founder profiles, trend features, and product placement across fashion, lifestyle, and business titles. We pitch angles editors want, not calendar announcements.

Launch and activation. Store openings, pop-ups, collection previews, and celebrity or talent appearances, from run-of-show through to media hosting on the day.

KOL and talent programmes. Selection matched to the collection rather than to follower counts, with contracting, deliverable management, and reporting handled by us.

Retail and mall communications. Tenant storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and community angles for shopping centres and multi-brand operators.

The campaign that won PR Awards 2026 Bronze

Lenskart came to us to launch their first Sweet Bean limited edition eyewear collection in Singapore, headlined by Thai celebrities Baifern and Namtan at Tampines 1. We had one month of lead time, a lean team, a compressed event day, and very few celebrity interview slots to work with.

We built the media plan around exclusivity rather than volume, securing tier one exclusives with ELLE Singapore and The Straits Times before the wider announcement went out. Talent access was rationed deliberately so each outlet had something the others did not.

Brands we have worked with in this space

Lenskart, Boutiques Singapore, VivoCity, NEX, CDL Malls, Lendlease, KrisShop, and Decathlon, among others. Since 2016 the agency has served 250+ brands, delivered 500+ campaigns, and secured 2,500+ media placements.

Boutiques Singapore. A homegrown fashion and lifestyle platform that needed credibility with mainstream media, not just the fashion press. We structured the year around seasonal collections and designer spotlights, which gave editors a reason to come back rather than a single announcement to ignore. The result was 60+ media hits and 5 million impressions across lifestyle, fashion, and business outlets.

CDL Malls. Four retail properties, each with a different tenant mix and a different catchment. We wrote mall-specific narratives instead of one corporate line, and kept a steady rhythm of lifestyle coverage running through the year. That work has delivered 150+ placements annually and been retained for three consecutive years.

Why fashion and retail brands pick a boutique agency

Retail timelines rarely respect agency process. When a collection date moves or a celebrity itinerary changes at the last minute, you need the person who knows the account to pick up the phone, not a junior who inherited it three weeks ago. Our directors work on accounts directly. That is the whole reason the Lenskart launch survived a one-month runway.

The other difference is judgement about what to spend attention on. Not every drop deserves a full media launch. Part of our job is telling you which three moments in your year are worth the push, and which ones are better served by a talent seeding programme and a good set of product images.

Frequently Asked Questions

Six to eight weeks is comfortable for a collection launch with media hosting and talent involvement. Long-lead print titles work three months ahead, so anything targeting monthly magazines needs more runway. We have delivered award-winning work on a one-month timeline, but that compresses your options and raises the cost of anything going wrong.

Both, and running them together is usually the better approach. Earned coverage builds credibility while talent content builds reach and social proof. We manage selection, contracting, deliverables, and reporting in-house.

It depends on what you are trying to move. If you need distribution partners, wholesale buyers, or landlords to take you seriously, earned media does work that paid social cannot. If you mainly need volume of impressions this month, paid channels are usually the better use of the budget. We will say so on the call rather than sell you a retainer you do not need.

It varies with scope, the number of launch moments in the year, and whether talent and event production are included. We quote after a consultation rather than publishing a rate card, because a single pop-up and a full-year retainer with four seasonal pushes are not comparable pieces of work. The consultation itself is free.

Our fashion and lifestyle placements have included ELLE Singapore, Her World, The Straits Times, and a wide range of digital lifestyle and business titles. Which outlets are right for you depends on your positioning and price point, and we will map that in the proposal rather than promise a list up front.
